What price would you pay.
Again we find ourselves at the doorstep of history. Decisions we make now will forever shape the humanity of planet earth. We need to say there is no price we are willing to pay, no price is to high to protect freedom.
There should be no government to strong or so right that it no longer listens to the will of the people. We the people are more informed, more educated and unfortunately more afraid than any other generation in history. The total wealth of human knowledge doubles nearly every decade, but the rule of dictators and despots remain.
We are responsible we hold a moral responsibility to defend freedom no matter the cost in lives materials and men. We need to be able to stand with our heads held high and talk about sacrifice and duty and how both bring about a better world for mankind.
We stand on the precipice of a new epoch. an Asian century where the poorest peoples in the world move towards and standard of living that not only equals our own but in fact may exceed it. How do we react to this. If there are opressed peoples all over the world where the will of the people is not addressed that people are ruled by religion or violence then we need to do our best to make things change.
Despite what our detractors say about us, despite the media campaign to discredit our actions we are the most human society and therefore armed forces to have ever walked the earth. We make mistakes and when we do innocent people are killed. But this in itself is not enough to make us waver from our duty to allow all peoples to be free.
I saw an image recently of a child holding a banner at a rally, it said "Fear me for I am truly free", and this my friends is what I mean. We need to loose our fear and realize that sometimes we will be attacked and sometimes innocent people will be killed. Its a reality of war, and yes we are still at war and will be for a long time yet. Our soldiers are amazing men, who follow orders that at times seem absurd, and when it comes to the wounded it doesnt matter what uniform is worn, all will be given equal treatment.
Our enemies are many with failed states like North Korea, and Iran and Syria, we certainly have our work cut out for us. To waver now would be a major mistake, something we would eventually have to account for. I genuinely believe that we need to set a path for freedom for all man kind. To do this we need to protect the privacy and enormity of the internet, our freedom to speak our minds and talk openly about things needs to be enshrined into the constitutions of all nations. Governments need to stop spying on their own citizens. This abomination we allowed to happen, why ? Well we simply didnt look we simply didnt ask, and when we did and were not given straight answers we needed to press the point. We were to afraid of an enemy that we could not see. Like the serial killer so frightening because he could live next door, and there in lies the betrayal of our trust, we were in fear so we allowed our governments to spy on us. In my view the cost to high the terrorist won that round
Our own freedom is only assured when the people talk, when there are mass movements of humnaity prepared to stand up and say enough is enough. We need to accept there are people who see every civilian and a potential target and simply deal with the fact that we will be attacked. Spying on everyone to catch a few is such a dangerous slope to go down. Whats next we imprison everyone who isnt blond haired and blue eyed ?
There is no price I will not pay to protect my freedom and to ensure others have the same rights as me, if it means war it means war. We cannot have a world were people are imprisoned just for thinking certain things or acting certain ways. There are hugely barbaric practices that are used even by our closest allies, yet we turn a blind eye. The Kingdom of Saud being one of them.
As for religious war, we have been doing this for centuries and we will do it for a hell of a lot more, we simply don't get along and while religious folks have control humand development is always held back. At home there is another war, Christian against Christian. It horrid and to me its abhorrent, how can a religion on one hand openly accept its gay members but at the same time vote to take away their rights. Gays like the black people that proceeded us have had every type of pseudo science used as an excuse as to exclude and persecute us. The classic is the Red Cross for blood donations. Every dontation is checked for HIV so why then are gay men excluded from giving blood. Most Hetrosexual men have anal sex with a partner or many yet they are not excluded. Its all lies and a war on people who are different.
In the end we need to make some decisions as a people. The first part of that decision is what do we want to see over the next century. Food for all would be nice, and the removal of regimes, that we find abhorrent and unnatural in this history of man kind. Within each of us stands humanity the want to help others to make the world a better place. To some they turn this into duty, and for others like me I fight behind the scenes using words and political pressure to do my bidding's.

The western empire stands at the beginning of a new epoch one that we can right now set in motion to be the greatest in Human history all we have to do is stand up. Stand up and the polling booths, stand up in the streets and be heard. Our soldiers the ones who are prepared to give everything, I salute you, not because I have to but because I want to, you have been used and abused in so many ways yet you still hump through it every day. You undoubtedly will be called on again soon to go and die on another battlefield, but don't dispair we are building a better future for us all. Me I will fight behind the mask in the streets I will call for my freedoms and liberties back and I will try to be less afraid.
It is fear that rules all of these loss of freedom fear that we will see more planes more buildings going down. So we wage war half way around the world, its the same war started on Sep 11, the difference is we have taken the war to their homes their families and communities, and they like that less than we like Sep 11. But it has sent a clear message, no matter where you are or who you think protects you. We can and will strike out against you if you do the wrong thing. We will strangle your economies we will cease aid both with food and money until you comply and when you don't we use the UN and the threat of external force to create a situation where compliance is essential or the consequence so dire its not an option.
I believe in what is right, call me niave, and call me a patriot if you like but don't ever call me dumb or stupid, I am neither, nor am I cattle or sheep being lead to the slaughter. I will fight to by dying breath to preserve freedom for all of humanity regardless of religious Ideologies or political. 1 person 1 vote is how it should always work

The united states has the largest military force on earth, its weapons development goes on at a pace that is simply blinding. Its the only nation on earth with super carriers and its building new bigger ones. It has nuke attack subs that can be anywhere in the world undetected and its the only nation on earth that can go to war on short notice. Don't play the game of showmanship with the west we spend more money and we are more prepared to wage war against you than at any other time in history. Iran you will soon feel the sting of the US and its allies, your despotic ideas of humanity can only be held together with force for a short time, remember we have had hundreds of years of this already. North Korea, well when you build a house of cards in a wind storm, need I say more.
