Hello from inside the hole

Hey, just wanted to let you know how I am going with the medication change.  It wasnt as bad as the worst case scenario but, has been pretty debilitating. Was a lot better today than i have been most the week.

Think this med is a keeper, in my good moments my mind is a lot clearer, so only time will tell.

    Feel like my world has imploded today, but couldnt sleep last night think that has a lot to do with it. Will try sleep again soon, see if I can wake tomorrow less Fu***d up

Will his effect die with him?

The last couple days I have been thinking of the legacy that was felt behind when Chester took his life.
